Toby Roscoe
Toby Roscoe is an environmental scientist, explorer and founder of Secret Whitsundays. Working in the resources and environmental sector since 2008, his career has taken him from Greenland in the Arctic Circle to Indonesia, and across virtually every corner of Australia. Years spent working in remote landscapes have given Toby a deep appreciation for wild places and a passion for exploring beyond the well-travelled path.
In recent years, Toby has turned that passion toward the Whitsunday Islands, spending countless hours exploring the islands and reefs both above and below the water. Whether boating between remote bays, fishing, spearfishing, snorkelling or photographing the incredible landscapes and marine life, he is always searching for those lesser-visited places that reveal a different side of the Whitsundays.
Secret Whitsundays grew from Toby's desire to share that knowledge — helping others leave the standard tour routes behind and giving them the equipment, local insight and freedom to discover the islands, reefs and hidden corners of the Whitsundays for themselves.
